2. We grow organically; we flatline or terminate when the needs we serve in society have been fulfilled.
3. We practice radical transparency with our work team, our stakeholders, and our clients.
4. We pay competitive middle-class wages and pensions to our team.
5. The company does not, and will not, have investors, nor can it be sold.
6. Our excess revenues “profits” go to a designated social enterprise organization, TreesForAll.
7. We are a learning organization that iterates from good to better.
8. No negative externalities, be it social, economic, or ecological.
9. We build and implement systemic solutions to systemic problems (e.g., supply chains and value chains are modified so farmers are compensated fairly based on the importance of their work and the efforts of their labor)
10. We actively work to share power and empower all entities we work with.

Our Dream
We are a non-extractive consultancy working to create end-to-end non-extractive supply chains and systems. For every day the current system of extraction and capital capture occurs, more harm is perpetrated on our environment and ourselves. Such has been clear for the last 50 years, and under growing pressure we decide to act with the willing now. Right now.
We dream of constructing non-extractive companies to provide for the necessities of the humans (e.g., energy, food, education, medicine, healthcare, safety, meaningful work without burnout) while regenerating the planetary boundaries (regenerate biodiversity/soil health/clean oceans/end synthetic leakage into the environment, etc.).
We are building a collection of non-extractive companies, as a working prototype, of a society that actually provides for good livelihoods for humans and a clean environment for our flora and fauna. This non-extractive prototype can serve to guide the wider world’s transitions to societies that thrive within the planetary boundaries.
